4. Lead Qualification Standards

9. Intellectual Property

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding invoices become immediately due
• Access to our platform and services will be discontinued
• Client data will be securely deleted within 90 days unless otherwise requested
• Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely

11. Modifications to Terms

QuasarLink reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas.
